Cub Scouting
(It’s never too late to join, registration is all year long!)
No matter what grade you are in, Kindergarten thru 5th grade, it can be exciting. Do you enjoy learning new things and expanding your horizons? Cub Scouting is just the place for you. You can learn how to: tie knots, send secret codes, build a birdhouse, create a pine wood derby car and much more. Have you ever hiked or went camping? Earn awards just for doing these things! Our pack is for both boys and girls. Our Troop (grades 6+), is also a boy and girl troop.
As a cub scout, you are part of a pack. That pack is then divided into dens by school grade. You may even have kids that are in your class at school.
If you are unsure if your child would like scouting, we do allow you and your child to come to a meeting and participate with us to see if you child would like to join and be part of our pack. Along with den and pack meetings, our scouts also do outings. For example, we may go on a hike, explore a nature trail, go to the police station or fire station, do a community clean-up.
